This tour starts with a hearty lunch & Brewery VIP flight experience, followed by a distillery visit in Cochrane. On to Turner Valley for a special “Prohibition” tour experience. You’ll have some time to explore the local boutiques and galleries in Black Diamond, before finishing the day with a tour and flight of beer at a brewery.

01 – Where to first?
Sit back, relax & enjoy the beautiful Alberta towns –
You will be picked up in a comfortable mini-coach from your pre-designated pick-up point in the Calgary or Cochrane area. Be prepared to sit back, relax, enjoy the scenery, and have some laughs as you are entertained by your fun guide.
From here you will head to a local brewery in Cochrane, where you will enjoy a VIP Experience and learn about the history, brewing process and the malts they use to produce their handcrafted beers, along with a guided tasting and a fabulous lunch that will set you up for the day.
After lunch you will visit a local distillery to tour their facility and try some of their award-winning unique Gins and Vodkas that are handcrafted from local ingredients.

You’ll now get to enjoy the scenery and be entertained by your comedic guide as you drive to the next stop on your tour, Turner Valley, one of the gateways to Kananaskis and known as being the birthplace to Alberta’s petroleum industry.
This little town has so much to offer including a distillery that uses best-in-class ingredients and artisanal distilling methods to create their whiskies, gins & vodkas.
You will enjoy a prohibition-style guided tasting at Eau Claire Distillery of their spirits and a craft cocktail, where you will travel back in time to the days of Prohibition when the Moral Reform League declared war against the scourge of alcohol.

03 – Black diamond & Back
Explore the town of Black Diamond
After some free time to explore the locally owned stores and galleries in vibrant downtown Black Diamond, you’ll get back on the mini-coach and head to another local brewery, Hard Knox. After enjoying some appetizers, you will learn all about the brewing process, on an intimate and interactive tour experience that includes a tasting of four of their beers. You can then grab a bite or have another drink, while enjoying stunning panoramic views of the mountains from their restaurant.
Finally, you’ll get back on the mini-coach and head back to Cochrane or Calgary where you can arrange for safe transport from your drop-off point home.
